The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is presented in the Online Store directly next to the product.
Placing an order

Delivery
We ship goods to most countries in the world.
For receiving the goods, the buyer can choose the following options:
In Estonia – Venipak, Omniva, DPD or SmartPost parcel machines;
In Finland – Itella SmartPost parcel machines;
In Latvia and Lithuania – DPD parcel machines.
For other countries, we send the parcel via AS Eesti Post as an international standard parcel.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the buyer’s specified destination within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as is allowed for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted – a free-form withdrawal statement which must contain: the customer’s name, bank account number, order date, product description and name, and must be sent to the Online Store’s e-mail address info@etnoart.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to the order (for example, a wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been listed significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to submit a complaint
The Online Store is liable for non-conformity of goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months, by sending an e-mail to info@etnoart.eu or by calling +372 517 7789.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
